🛡️ 7-Day Free Replacement (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items)

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we offer a 100% Free Replacement within 7 days of delivery.

How to claim a free replacement:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or email at xenontradingcompany@gmail.com.

  3. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue or defect.

  4. Once verified, we will arrange a return pick-up or dispatch a brand-new replacement straight to your doorstep at no extra cost to you.

🔄 Standard Returns (30-Day Policy)

If you wish to return an item you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be in its original, and unused condition.

  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (straws, brushes, boot, etc.).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

🔀 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange your bottle for a different color or size is to complete the return of your original item. Once approved, you can place a new order directly on our store.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note that card issuers and local banks may take additional time to post the credit to your account).
