At Hssentials, we aim to get your hydration gear to your doorstep as fast and smoothly as possible across the UAE.

🚚 UAE Next-Day Delivery

We offer Next-Day Delivery to all physical addresses across the United Arab Emirates for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 24 to 48 hours (Next Business Day).

  • Delivery Schedule: Monday through Saturday.

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Couriers do not operate delivery routes on Sundays or official public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

📦 Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Daily Cutoff: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

💳 Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 10 across all Emirates.

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over AED 99 (or multi-bottle bundle orders).

⚠️ Unforeseen Delays & Service Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delivery schedules may occasionally experience minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—including:

  • Severe weather conditions or heavy road traffic.

  • Incorrect address details, incomplete drop-off instructions, or unreachable contact numbers.

  • Remote/Non-Service Areas (NSA) within the UAE, which may require an additional 1–2 business days.
